DESCRIPTION:*****The meeting will be accessible to public participants via our conference call line at 312-626-6799 and entering meeting ID: 98271522359 and password 751785.  Public attendees are requested to mute their line until addressed.**** \n**The Board of Commissioners has allocated 30 minutes at the start of the Workgroup Session for official business related to the COVID-19 pandemic.  If required\, the agenda will be posted 24 hours prior to the meeting. \nThe County Board regularly conducts Workgroup sessions to receive information from staff or outside agencies regarding current or upcoming issues or projects in advance of requests to take formal action\, if needed. The County Board does not take formal action during workgroup meetings. \nThe County Board will normally hold workgroup sessions at 09:00 in Rm. 219 of the Historic Courthouse Building\, Caledonia\, MN\, but may move to other locations and times\, as appropriate. If changed\, the Administrator will announce the changed time and location during the preceding full board meeting and reflect the change in the published agenda for said meeting. DESCRIPTION:This meeting will occur as a hybrid meeting\, being accessible both electronically and in person due to the continued COVID-19 Peacetime emergency declaration.  The public may participate either via Zoom (click here to join) or by via phone by dialing 1-312-626-6799\, entering meeting ID 92700092494 and password 167773.  Guests will be muted by default\, but given the opportunity to address the board during public comment periods. \n  \nAlternatively\, those wishing to appear before the board in person may do so at the Criminal Justice Center basement EOC conference room.  Attendance may be limited due to social distancing standards.  Masks are required in all County facilities.  If we reach room capacity\, attendees may be asked to ‘rotate’ in and out to allow all public members the opportunity to provide comment to the board. \nAll public members will be given an opportunity to address the board concerning the proposed tax levy and county budget for 2021.  Speaking limits may be imposed by Board Chair discretion to allow all interested participants to address the board.
