SUMMARY:Public Hearing - 2021 Fee Schedule
DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given\, the Houston County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:30 pm on October 27\, 2020 to address the update of miscellaneous fees charged for services provided by county offices and officials. Participants are encouraged to participate remotely\, but may also attend in person in the lower-level of the County Justice Center building\, with limited participants due to social distancing requirements. The Board will also consider an increase in the Solid Waste Fee charged to Townships and Cities ($3.50 to $4.00 per household per month proposed). Additionally\, the Board will consider establishing a fee to property owners for Chloride treatment along County Highway gravel roads.  The County Fee schedule and meeting connection information may be found on the County website: www.co.houston.mn.us. \nThe meeting may be attended remotely by dialing 312-626-6799 and entering Meeting ID: 928 4081 7914 and passcode: 356045. \nContact the County Administrator Jeff Babinski at 507-725-5827 for further information.
